Work for U-Haul, Penske, Enterprise Fleet Management and AutoIntegrate fleets is billed at network-approved rates.

FleetFast is a diesel and fleet repair company. We got our start in Kyle, Texas, where U-Haul made us their first-call repair vendor. Now we're based in Odessa, serving Odessa, Midland and the Permian Basin, and still serving Kyle.

Do you come to us?

What does a roadside call cost?
In Zone 1 (within 30 miles of our Odessa shop, the Odessa–Midland metro) the call-out is $75 and mobile labor is $145/hr with a 1-hour minimum. Beyond 30 miles, add $2.00 per mile one way. You approve a photo estimate before we start.
Are you open 24/7?
No. Regular hours are Monday–Friday 7 am–6 pm and Saturday 7 am–7 pm. After hours and weekends, call or text and we'll tell you honestly if we can come. After-hours work is $250/hr with a 2-hour minimum plus a $200 call-out, or we can book you our first 7 am slot at regular rates.
Do you have a shop?

Do you work with Penske, U-Haul, Enterprise Fleet Management or AutoIntegrate?
Yes. FleetFast is an approved vendor with Penske, U-Haul and Enterprise Fleet Management, and we're on AutoIntegrate. Network work is billed at network-approved rates.
How do the fleet maintenance plans work?
Plans are priced per truck, per month. For Class 8: Inspect $29, Maintain $69, Uptime $129. Pickups and medium duty: $19, $45 and $89. There's a 3-truck minimum and a 12-month agreement (month-to-month is +10%), with fleet discounts starting at 10 trucks.
Do you do emissions deletes?
No. We diagnose and repair DEF, DPF and SCR aftertreatment systems. We don't remove them.
Do you still serve Kyle, TX?
Yes. FleetFast got its start in Kyle, and we still serve Kyle and the Austin area.
